I’m María José Villegas, born in Córdoba, where I’ve carried the legacy of the olive grove in my heart since childhood. I grew up surrounded by olive trees and the love of generations dedicated to creating the ‘liquid gold’ that nourishes and brings health to our tables.
My grandfather, Francisco, founded an olive mill in Nueva Carteya, and from a young age, I experienced the magic of the harvest and the artisanal process that transforms olives into oil.
Over the years, I trained in olive growing and oil tasting, learning to appreciate every subtle nuance of this exceptional product. With more than a decade of experience, my greatest dream is to share this treasure with you—bringing it from our land to your table. I want you to appreciate, enjoy, and love extra virgin olive oil as much as I do.
